Virtual office backgrounds
Own the room.
From anywhere.
PresenceSet offers photorealistic virtual office backgrounds designed for video calls — composed with careful camera framing, in spaces that feel natural on screen.
01 — Approach
A background should disappear into the call, and leave the impression of the room.
PresenceSet is a virtual office background brand. We design photorealistic spaces for video calls, drawing on the quiet discipline of Japanese architecture: considered proportion, warm natural materials and room to breathe.
- Photorealistic
- Every background is built to read as a real room: believable materials, honest light, and the small imperfections that make a space feel lived in.
- Made for video
- Spaces are composed for the webcam first — how a lens sees depth, edges and glare — not adapted from photography meant for other uses.
- Natural, not staged
- Restraint over decoration. Nothing competes with the person in the foreground, so you look composed and the room simply supports you.

02 — Camera framing
Composed around the lens, not the photograph.
A space that looks beautiful in a still image can fall apart behind a speaker. Each PresenceSet background is framed for the way people actually sit and appear on a call.

Eye-level horizon
The camera is placed where a laptop or monitor webcam actually sits, so perspective lines stay level and convincing behind you.
Headroom and centre
Space is left above the shoulders and around the seated position, with the visual weight of the room balanced around you rather than behind your head.
Depth and light
Layers of foreground, mid-ground and wall give the room depth, lit from a consistent direction so you sit naturally inside it.
Quiet edges
The outer frame is kept calm. Compression and cropping on different platforms won’t pull attention to the corners.
03 — Spaces
Rooms with warmth, proportion and restraint.
Warm dark oak, charcoal plaster, cream walls and filtered light. These studies show the direction of the work.

The LibraryDark oak shelving, a single lantern, and the stillness of a private reading room.
The CourtyardSoft daylight and a framed garden view, kept pale so the speaker stays the focus.
The Gallery WallA charcoal plaster wall and one deliberate piece of art, lit for a calm, executive tone.
These images are illustrative studies of the PresenceSet aesthetic. Specific collections, formats and availability have not been announced.
